UPLOAD LOGO PROCESS
To upload a logo, you will first need to register an account with us.

Upload your logo
Either click the 'Upload New Logo' button on this page or via your account page. This will need to be either a jpeg or PNG file. When submitted this will be sent to our customer support team who will be in contact to confirm colours, size, positioning requirements as well confirm the logo cost. Please note our embroidery costs are based on the number of stitches and may vary.

Logo approval
Our customer support team will send you a digitised version of your logo for approval before we can submit any personalisation orders. This can take up 5 working days.

Order Placement
Once your logo has been approved you are ready to place your order. You can either place this via our customer support team or via our website. Once approved your logo will appear in your web account and will be available to apply to any customisable garment.

Delivery
Once your order is placed it can take up to 10 working days for delivery of embroidered garments.
